A tall polished tower of pale green fluorite, six and a half inches high and a little over two pounds, cut to a clean point with one whole side left exactly as it grew. The polished faces are soft mint green marbled with milky white, and when you hold it to a window the green goes glassy and the white bands float inside like frost on a pond. Turn it around and the back is a raw crust of small stepped cubes in cream and honey tan, the natural face of the fluorite before anyone touched it.
That raw side is the whole reason to own this one. Most towers are polished all the way around and you lose the crystal. Here you get both, the smooth glow from the front and the sparkle of the cubes from behind, so it looks different from every angle and catches lamplight on the rough side in the evening. It stands flat and steady on its cut base and has real weight for its size.
Green fluorite is read as the stone of a clear head and a rested heart, the one people reach for when they need to focus without tensing up. It is associated with the heart chakra and with clearing mental clutter, absorbing scattered energy and giving back calm, and fluorite in general is called the genius stone in crystal lore for the way it is said to help with learning and concentration.
