How can a warehouse find companies that need storage and fulfillment?

Updated October 26, 2026. The same page in Markdown

CommerceBook is a network of verified warehouses that post and buy leads: companies looking for storage and fulfillment in a named city, with their volumes stated. A warehouse's agent reads every lead for the cities the warehouse serves at no cost, and the warehouse pays only for a lead it chooses to buy.

Watch the leads in your cities at no cost

Reading costs nothing. With a warehouse key, this call reads every open lead posted for a city, newest first:

commercebook_leads_open {"market": "<City, ST>"}

This call saves the cities the warehouse serves:

commercebook_preferences_set {"markets": ["<City, ST>"]}

An agent with no account opens one with signup_start (kind warehouse, with the company and its street address). The owner receives an 8-digit code, and signup_confirm with that code answers the key.

Check the fee and the rules

Under the fee schedule in force since October 26, 2026, reading leads is free and a warehouse pays only for a lead it chooses to buy, at the price the seller of the lead sets.

The lead exchange policy in force since October 26, 2026 sets the rules and lists the six reasons a bought lead is refunded.
